Wednesday, June 23 at 18.00 will be presented at the Factory of the Arts in Naples, the final work of the atelier Champions Art - Small Creative Factory, sponsored by the Fondazione Cannavaro Ferrara and conducted by the Factory of the Arts in collaboration with the Association Atelier Remida Campania.

The studio has seen players from February to June more than 20 children of Stella and Sanità quarters related to the associations and Mani Tese Sott'o Ponte, led by artists, craftsmen and experts were compared with the languages offered by the materials also recycled, and the techniques of mosaic, arriving to the achievement of individual and group work. Young students, in over 40 hours of lessons at the space lab's Factory of the Arts and coordinated by by Atelier Remida Campania, met the artists and Renato Barisani Zevola Orestes and were flanked by mosaic Federica Castro.

"The meetings held at the Factory of the Arts for the project Art Chamipons - Small Creatives in Factory have been very interesting - says the artistic director, Giusi Laurino - because it helped shape us into the belief of being able to affect substantially the training of children. Despite an expected initial phase of restlessness it is, in fact, managed to do little to express their creativity beyond the formal and technical constraints which are too often encouraged to follow. We can therefore say to be satisfied with the good result achieved. "

The project was funded through a fundraiser that ended last December 17 at MADRE - Museo d'Arte Contemporanea Donna Regina in Naples with an event which was attended, among others, Achille Bonito Oliva, Fabio Cannavaro, Ciro Ferrara and Maria Mazza.
The presentation of works created by children will be accompanied by screening of a film made by Gianluigi Masucci and the presentation of a photographic story of Maria Di Pietro. Both artists have followed the work of the atelier in the months and explain, then, the highlights.

Speakers: Vincenzo Ferrara, Director of the Fondazione Cannavaro Ferrara; Giusi Laurino, artistic director of the Fabric of the Arts and the artists Renato Barisani, Maria Di Pietro, Gianluigi Masucci and Oreste Zevola.

Declaration of Vincenzo Ferrara, Director of the Foundation Cannavaro Ferrara
"We thank the Arts Factory for having hosted and artists who believed in our initiative. It is the second year that the Foundation Cannavaro Ferrara promotes an art project and we hope to continue this path, seeing the success.
Through manual tasks you can not only easier to maintain the high threshold of attention of boys, but also to stimulate creativity by giving them a space of free expression that often increases self-esteem. We believe that the project activities as they can assist in building positive values and promote aggregation, participation and sense of community. "
